The AI SaaS platform built for doctors
PractiGO listens, drafts and organizes clinical work so physicians spend their time with patients instead of paperwork — ambient documentation, visit summaries, scheduling intelligence and follow-up automation in one secure platform.
The Problem
Doctors lose hours a day to documentation
Charting, coding and after-visit summaries routinely eat into evenings and weekends. Studies across health systems consistently point to documentation burden as a leading driver of physician burnout — time that could go to patients instead goes to a keyboard.
PractiGO was built to close that gap: it captures the visit, structures the note, and surfaces what needs a human decision — so clinicians review and approve rather than transcribe from scratch.
How It Works
From visit to record in four steps
Capture
PractiGO listens to the visit (with consent) or accepts dictated notes.
Draft
It structures a draft note, summary and coding suggestions for review.
Review
The clinician edits and approves — nothing is finalized without sign-off.
Follow up
Automated reminders, summaries and scheduling keep the patient on track.

PractiGO Questions
Product FAQ
No. PractiGO is a documentation and workflow assistant. It does not diagnose, treat or make clinical decisions — those remain with the treating physician at all times.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and every action is logged. The architecture is built with healthcare privacy requirements in mind, using a HIPAA-conscious design.
Integration depends on your EHR's available APIs. We assess compatibility during onboarding and support common interoperability standards where the EHR vendor makes them available.
A solo practice can typically be live within one to two weeks. Multi-specialty clinics and hospital departments take longer depending on integration scope.
