Who We Are
Operators first, consultants second
VadayAI Solutions is an AI services company built around a simple idea: the best way to advise on AI is to build and run it yourself first. We design, build and operate AI systems — generative AI products, agentic automation, cloud infrastructure and web platforms — for clients across healthcare, finance, retail, logistics, education and real estate.
We also build and operate our own product, PractiGO, an AI SaaS platform for doctors and clinics. Running a live, regulated, customer-facing AI product ourselves means our recommendations to clients come from direct experience with what breaks, what scales and what patients and users actually want — not just from a slide template.
Our team is composed of senior AI and cloud engineers who've shipped production systems before joining VadayAI. We keep engagements small and senior rather than large and junior, because AI work rewards judgment more than headcount.

Our Origin Story
Why we built PractiGO
PractiGO started from a direct observation: physicians we spoke with were spending more hours on documentation than on the patients in front of them. Off-the-shelf tools either didn't fit clinical workflows or handled data in ways clinics weren't comfortable with.
So we built our own — a documentation and workflow assistant designed around how a clinic actually runs, with privacy-conscious architecture from the first line of code. Everything we learned building and supporting PractiGO in a live clinical setting now informs how we approach every other AI engagement.
